You can't return a product back to a store that you doesn't sell it because the store needs to collect the deposit back from the beverage distributor. If the store doesn't have a relationship with that distributor, then there is no way for them to get their money back. I am assuming that you know about "bottle bills" and container deposit laws. There's a whole system behind the return of a bottle, and changing this law meant MAJOR changes in the system. But we made it work! Here's why.
